Medical, Dental & Vision Plans

ERP Associates offers flexible health, Dental & Vision benefits that enable staff to choose from a variety of plans to meet their own needs and those of their families. All insurance coverage (if elected) becomes effective the first day of the calendar month following the start of full-time employment.

Training

ERP Associates encourages its employees to further their careers by developing their knowledge, skills and abilities through pre-approved career oriented programs. Reimbursement will be made upon successful completion of the course(s) and presentation of the original grade reports, proof of payment, and a completed expense report.

Holidays

All regular, full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays. ERP Associates observes the following holiday schedule:

Retirement Savings Plan

ERP Associates has a 401(K) Plan to help its regular, full-time and part-time employees prepare for future financial needs. This plan makes it easy for an employee to save regularly through tax deferred payroll deductions. The decision to participate and the amount contributed are completely voluntary.

Employee Referrals

ERP Associates counts on its employees to help recruit talented people to join our company. Employees are rewarded through ERP Associates Employee Referral Bonus Program. You are rewarded appropriate amount for every candidate referred, on eligible positions, who is successfully hired, and completes 90 days of employment with ERP Associates.

Immigration

Employees who require Immigration assistance (i.e. H1-B Visa, green card sponsorship) are eligible for 100% sponsorship. Immigration and attorney fees are paid by ERP Associates.

Transfers

Jobs requiring transfer may be a part and parcel of service organization like ERP Associates. Relocation expenses will be reimbursed by ERP Associates. For complete details and eligibility please refer your employee manual.
